If you like stuffed mushroom caps or jalapeño poppers you will love this!
Ingredients
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees
Prepare your mushrooms and jalapenos for stuffing. I always wear plastic gloves when doing this.
In a medium bowl mix cream cheese, crab meat, garlic powder, chives, Worcestershire sauce and shredded cheddar cheese. Set aside.
In a small bowl melt butter and mix in bread crumbs till combined.
Stuff your jalapeños and mushrooms with crab cheese mixture.
Take each jalapeño and mushroom cap and sprinkle the bread crumbs on them pushing the bread crumbs into place. You can also roll the tops in to the bread crumbs if it’s easier. Place on a baking sheet and cook for 18-25 minutes or until golden brown on top.
Allow to cool for 10-15 minutes and enjoy!
